Today I announce a new contest. The winner will receive an ARC (advance reading copy) of Cold Magic.
This contest?
I'm really not very good at certain things, and one of them is coming up with clever ideas. So I turn to you. I would love it if one of you came up with a great suggestion for a contest to win an ARC.
The Rules:
1) Come up with a suggestion for a contest that could be held on this blog, and would involve contestants doing something that is not illegal or overly difficult or too time consuming. Like the one I did some months ago: name your favorite character in the Crossroads series and tell me why. My kids and I chose four finalists and then we drew from those four for a winner. It was an awesome contest, and all the replies were great. But someone else came up with the idea for it.
2) Post your idea in the comments below. It can be funny or serious or anything in between. It doesn't have to be like the one I mention above. Whatever.
3) I will decide which one works best for my purposes, and the person who suggested that contest will win an ARC of Cold Magic.
4) Then I will run the suggested contest, and whoever wins THAT contest will win an ARC of Cold Magic.
5) The contest runs from today, Wednesday June 16, through Tuesday June 23 (midnight Hawaii Time).
